My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were warm, quiet, and comfortable with classic decoration. The bathroom was very clean and immaculately maintained when I needed it. However, it was freezing in the morning with no heating on despite very cold temperatures. The service was exceptional, especially when I had a problem with my bank card. The location was convenient, right on the bus route for the city center and within walking distance of local shops. The dining experience was good, although more breakfast choices would have been appreciated. The guesthouse provided free parking, which was a bonus.
The guest houses offer spacious rooms with two huge wardrobes and a very large desk, along with clean en-suite bathrooms. The main light fitting could have been brighter. The location is very central for city exploration, with a riverside walk to Inverness center taking only 15 minutes. The service is friendly, and the housekeeping could use a bit more attention. Dining options are satisfactory, and the breakfast room is nicely furnished, but service finishes early at 9 am.
My stay at this hotel was like a weekend at our rich grandmother's house - cozy and charming. The room was a bit small for two people but had everything we needed, and it was rather warm at night. The service was top-notch, very friendly, and hospitable, even accommodating our early arrival for a festival. The location was lovely, within walking distance to the river, town, and canal, perfect for our bike adventures. The dining experience was perfect, with delicious pre-ordered breakfast served promptly. Overall, a great value for a comfortable stay.
